Lectra to welcome a hundred new team members worldwide
|
Lectra, a world leader in CAD/CAM software creation, recently launched an ambitious plan involving the recruitment of over 100 new members for their worldwide team. A multi-cultural, international group will provide human support to Lectra’s clients around the world, integrated into the company’s human team currently involving over 1500 persons, of which 60% work from outside of France.
The team includes people representing fifty different countries, and speaking 40 different languages. For over 30 years, Lectra’s team has conveyed core values for business relationships, excellence, mission, innovation and customer care.
All teams are trained and monitored by means of software developed by the Lectra Academy, an international training centre seeking to ensure ongoing training in methods and skills for clients to learn about Lectra’s solutions. The company created then optimal conditions for exchanging knowledge, based on collaboration and stimulating genuine innovation. This promotes ongoing development of skills and knowledge, in an enthusiastic, innovating international environment which later translates into superb attention to clients worldwide.
