New schedule for ITMA Barcelona 2011

This event will open a day earlier than originally planned, as was announced by the European Committee of Textile Machinery Manufacturers (CEMATEX). ITMA 2011 will then welcome visitors at the new venue of Feria Barcelona – Gran Vía, from September 22nd to 29th.
ITMA is the largest event of its kina in global terms, held in Europe every four years since 1951, promoted by CEMATEX, the European Committee grouping Manufacturers of Textile Machinery. It is planned by MP International, who also planned ITMA Asia in 2001, 2005 and now in 2008, held in conjunction with CITME.
Every edition of ITMA welcomes over 100,000 professional visitors who come to learn about the latest developments in machinery, fabrics, services and equipment, showcased by 1,300 exhibiting companies. From September 13th to 20th, ITMA was held in Munchen. And the 2003 edition took place in Birmingham. Up until now, France, Germany, Italy and Great Britain have been the only hosts. And for this coming edition in Barcelona, Barcelona Business Pass were designated as official travel agents, by MP International.
