Handarbeit & Hobby Cologne expects 100% take up

This year, from 20 to 22 March, in hall 2 of the Cologne Showground, the twenty-seventh edition of the international trade fair of wool, fabrics, sewing machines and crafts is to take place. In the German city, 180 suppliers, from 25 countries have already reserved 90% of the exhibition space.
At the last edition, a total of 220 companies displayed their offer to nearly 9,000 retailers. “Handarbeit & Hobby is the trade fair of creative trends at which the entire sector ought to be obligatorily present, both German and foreign,” assured a spokesman for VSM Deutschland Gmbh, commenting on the importance of the show.
Threads, textiles, materials and suppliers for crafts and the hobby sector, are the centers of interest of the self-styled “the biggest international event of this type.
From the organization they add that “all the signs seem to indicate that we are the most important trade fair in what regards wool, fabrics, sewing machines and crafts.”
The team is working with a group of professionals and top class brands so that Handarbeit & Hobby 2009 should once again do honor to its international reputation.
