Natural simplicity for the 2005 summer season, by Montefibre Hispania
|
Montefibre Hispania features three new themes for the 2005 summer season, where matter and colour move through a series of new aspects sure to seduce refined consumers who are oriented towards personalizing their universe. There is this renewed wish to enjoy life. Natural simplicity is essential, and good quality. It rediscovers that naïf pleasure seen in a somewhat childish frivolity. The first theme is “Shadows”, inspired in organic Nature and discovering a series of fabrics with a wavy, rugged look and light effects in their mixtures with Leacril SR, Leacril 140 and cotton. These effects of lights and shadows remind us of granite and rocks, due to Leacril TL in 1.3 and 0.9 dtex. The simple torsions, braids and plain ribbons bring a new dimension to flax mixtures with Leacril or cotton. The second proposal is known as ‘Fragrances’, where sugar-like, delicate and stimulating colours evoke the happiness of childhood. Delicate and lightweight, these subtle fabrics with almost imperceptible bouclés, parallel weavings, transparent-effect braids and metal-like of braided ribbons giving the appearance of lace, are attained through a mixture of Leacril 1,3 with silk or viscose, lending a subtle effect of silk with metallic details. Thicker fabrics interact with vaporous undulations due to mixtures of Leacril AR or SR with polyamide or cotton.
Montefibre Hispania also proposes “Rhythms”, dynamic combinations of structures and fantasy fabrics with incredible colour effects. Ribbons that feature layers of bright material, lively, multi-colour effects. Long yarns are juxtaposed to polychrome prints or bi-colour dyes with changing effects. Leacril 140, Leacril TL and Leacril 1,3 are mixed with summer fabrics such as cotton, flax or silk to lend an innovating dyeing effect. The colours for this theme include intense, sun-like touches expressing energy, in combination with blue and green lending their festive, dynamic rhythm.
