Inmevasa (Industria Mecánica Valenciana, S.A.) is company with a history of almost 40 years in its industry sector, operating in facilities extending over 12,000 square meters and with 63 employees. It specialized in the manufacturing process of a number of products for the leather goods, textile and advertising industry sectors, such as hooks, screwgates, carabiner hooks and rings, among others.
Design
Each one of the products manufactured by Inmevasa have been designed by their technical team. This team of professional designers works with utmost care in order to have all Inmevasa products identified as quality items based on the latest trends. Fashion trends are essential as a factor combined with technology, meeting market needs.
Trade shows in Europe
Inmevasa products may be found at all major European trade shows, including all the editions of PSI in Düsseldorf; Moda In, Milan; Promo, Tunisia; Fash Week, Poznan; Lineapelle, Bologne and PSI, Paris. Their products are successful at every fair, as proved by the exportation volumes to France, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Morocco…in fact the company’s commercial structure is separated into two departments: one for local markets and the other one for exportation markets. Both departments are very busy and sell almost equal volumes.
Latest products
Inmevasa offers a wide range of products, to which they permanently add new items, following fashion trends. New products introduced into markets are identified as high-tech and resulting from efforts by Inmevasa to meet the needs of a growing market sector. Among their latest addition, we find shiny products (carabiner hooks), a tribute to new fashion trends pointing to women’s sophistication. Also an extraordinary number of colors available in most products, indispensable for the coming season, featuring minimalist designs, style and novel color ranges.
Opinion and views
We interviewed Enrique Martinez, the Commercial Director of this company, to learn about his personal views on the current market situation for the clasp and hooks industry sector. He tells us “our market sector in not at its best moment, and unfortunately I do not foresee improvements in the immediate future. Our main goal is to maintain our current market share, and to this end we are working hard in the improvement of quality, design and service. If we attain this goal we will feel satisfied”.
