Düsseldorf, the city for fashion, taking their stand

The German city has decided to inject new energy into the alliance of showrooms and convention centers. The first step was given by the meeting planned by Igedo Company, with representatives of various showrooms in the city. The spokesman for this meeting, Reinhardt Haase, declared “there is an urgent need for this initiative in our city, and so we have made a large investment in the showroom located in the Düsseldorf harbour, so that we can show our companies in an appropriate way, to be available throughout the year, with permanent contact points”.
The 60,000 purchasers from all around the world visiting Düsseldorf during the CPD trade show find here some 3,000 trade marks from various countries, all at the same time and in one place. This enables them to access a variety of products that are hard to find in any other place.
The General Director of Igedo Company, Frank Hartmann, stated, “there is no other place in the world where you will find this wide range of trade marks, from the most exclusive to the youngest. Igedo Company and Messe Düsseldorf will decidedly endorse and support this initiative”.
The first actions were taken at the “Fashion Launches” that will organize fashion shows at the Fashion Houses in Düsseldorf and its showrooms, showing banners carrying the “Power of D” slogan also identifying the catalogue featuring all the fashion companies exhibiting at CPD, Fashion House and the showrooms in the city.
