The 3rd International Congress of Technical Applications for Textile Materials will be held in Valencia, from May 23rd to 25th, 2006. The congress is scheduled as a parallel activity to APLIMATEC, the biennial tradeshow – and the only one in Spain within its kind – to showcase innovation and novelties in the textile sector.
Planners invite all interested participants and speakers to the Congress, provided they submit a summary (200 words) of their intended lecture by December 30th, 2005. All submitted proposals need to include name of the speaker in full, address and contact data. Speakers will have 30 – 35 minutes to share their knowledge on:
- Textiles for agriculture
- Innovations in textile finishes
- Textiles for sanitation purposes
- Innovation in yarns and fibers
- Textiles for aeronautics
- Hi-tech clothes and footwear
- Innovation in woven and non-woven fabrics
- Technical textiles for construction and interior design.
