Absolute success for all tradeshows comprised by Première Vision Plural
|
|
In the September 2005 edition Première Vision Plural comprised the offer on the part of 5 tradeshows: Première vision, Mod’Amont, Expofil, Indigo and LeCuir. The offer for these five sectors are closely related within the sector of fashion and complements. For all tradeshows results were encouraging and positive, as to making new contacts, which means potential new clients.
Première Vision-Expofil
Premère Vision is regarded one of the major events in the sector of fabrics. An event the prêt à porter and clothes-making businesses regard as a good opportunity, which along with Expofil, becomes twice as important.
From all around the world, visitors to Première Vision-Expofil came to actively show their interest in the proposal of fabrics and yarns showed by 800 exhibiting companies.
There was an increased number of Asian (+ 3%), American (+30%), and Eastern European visitors. However, the list was headed by French, German, British, Italian, Spanish, Belgian and Dutch visitors. Expofil was integrated within the exhibition area of Première Vision, so participants at the latter were also able to learn about the latest, most innovative yarns for the coming season.
Mod’Amont
Mod’Amont, usually held along with Première vision, revealed results that were far beyond their expectations. 21, 347 visitors, mostly coming from Germany, Italy, the UK, Spain, the US, Belgium, the Netherlands, Turkey, Japan, Portugal, the Korean Republic and Switzerland visited the event.
The latest trends, supporting maximalism as opposed to minimalism reigning over the past seasons, favors the sector of glass beads, complements and ornaments, as was revealed by the orders made during the days Mod’Amont was open. This was an extraordinary opportunity to open new markets, for all 251 exhibiting businesses and companies.
Indigo
This was the first time Indigo was integrated in Première Vision. The tradeshow was visited by some 8,000 people, a considerable larger number than that corresponding to the September 2004 edition. French visitors made up 73% of this overall number. Of the remaining portion (27%), the largest number came from the European Union (the most representative), though there were also many visitors coming from the US, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong. All of them could see for themselves the quality of Indigo’s offer. A total 181 exhibiting businesses presented attractive designs addressing the sectors of weaving and transfer paper, with great success.
The synergy of these tradeshows enables Première Vision participants and exhibitors to visit and contact companies showing their products at Indigo, in the same premises, so all of them are easily contacted and can work with increased comfort.
Le Cuir à Paris
Leather is one of the materials clothes makers use the most. During this edition, there were light, smooth leather cuts, cracked looks, nacre finishes, engraved leather and a whole range of innovative alternatives for the prêt a porter and complements sectors. The new technical proposals included elastic leather, waterproof, stain-resistant leather and machine-washable Nubuk.
This edition held in September 2005 occupied an area of 6,084 square meters (gross), presenting collections by 256 leading companies in the sector, of which 41% were Italian, 26% were French, 14%, Spanish and 19% from several countries (Germany, England, Belgium, Brazil, China, the US, Korea, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Pakistan, Portugal, Sweden, Turkey and Uruguay).
